Our Santa Barbara Country comes from Fulgar's Point in ----. Due to this Vineyards warmer year-round climate, and a longer oak fermentation, this chardonnay is sleek and smooth, but not too buttery. There are lot's of pretty aromatics like Bosc pear, lemon peel, and apricot. The low 13% alcohol and bright acidity, make this wine refreshing, and great with food.

Our vision for this Chardonnay was to achieve a wine with even greater richness and depth than our Estate Chardonnay. After a creative Native fermentation process, and a total of 17 months in 50% new french oak, this wine is elegant with complexity in flavor, yet light in mouthfeel. Notes of caramel, white flower perfume, and sea mist, with a long, rounded, and layered finish. Great with grilled salmon and risotto.

The Paisley Pinot Noir is our fun red blend that exhibits different characteristics each year due to the variety of ways it's blended and aged. Generally however, the goal is to create a medium bodied, supple textured, versatile and balanced wine. This year the Paisley shows aromas of red berry fruit, cinnamon, and potpourri. On the palate there are flavors of strawberry, clove, and orange blossom. Great with many different dishes.

In 2002, 2 1/2 acres of 13 year old vines were grafted over to Pinot Noir Dijon clones. Now 16 years into production, the Dijon has accumulated a legendary reputation in our tasting room because of it's deceptively light presence on the palate, lush body, and well-integrated acidity. A sip builds across the palate with sweet oak, cheery, herb, and smoke and has a long, velvety finish. Excellent with your favorite steak.
