Our Santa Barbara Country comes from Fulgar's Point in ----. Due to this Vineyards warmer year-round climate, and a longer oak fermentation, this chardonnay is sleek and smooth, but not too buttery. There are lot's of pretty aromatics like Bosc pear, lemon peel, and apricot. The low 13% alcohol and bright acidity, make this wine refreshing, and great with food.
Our Estate Chardonnay is rich, full flavored, and elegant due to it's complex 2 part lengthy 16 month aging process. This one may be your favorite if you love oakey, buttery Chardonnays. An excellent pairing with lobster, scallops, or even short pastries.
2016 Reserva Dorada Chardonnay,
Gold Coast Vineyard
NV Paisley Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara County
Our vision for this Chardonnay was to achieve a wine with even greater richness and depth than our Estate Chardonnay. After a creative Native fermentation process, and a total of 17 months in 50% new french oak, this wine is elegant with complexity in flavor, yet light in mouthfeel. Notes of caramel, white flower perfume, and sea mist, with a long, rounded, and layered finish. Great with grilled salmon and risotto.
The Paisley Pinot Noir is our fun red blend that exhibits different characteristics each year due to the variety of ways it's blended and aged. Generally however, the goal is to create a medium bodied, supple textured, versatile and balanced wine. This year the Paisley shows aromas of red berry fruit, cinnamon, and potpourri. On the palate there are flavors of strawberry, clove, and orange blossom. Great with many different dishes.
2018 Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara County
2017 Estate Pinot Noir, Gold Coast Vineyard
Our SBC Pinot Noir is blend of early, and late picks of Pinot Noir grapes from Solomon Hills, Kick On and our Estate vineyard. After 9 months in french oak, each barrel was tasted and the blend was assembled. The result is a fruit driven, harmonious wine with lots of character with aromas of cranberry, black raspberry, clove and loam. The finish is filled with minerals, spice and red berry flavors. Great with herb roasted chicken and pasta.
To Make our Estate Pinot Noir, we blend our Estate lots to achieve a specific level of acidity, flavor and complexity. Once the blend was chosen, it was aged for 15 months in 30% new french oak. This wine is earthy and robust with aromas of ripe strawberry, cinnamon, clove, and tea leaf. On the palette first comes berry and cherry flavors, followed by orange, white pepper, and sage with a long silky finish. Great with soft cheeses and braised pork.

2015 Dijon Selection Pinot Noir,
Gold Coast Vineyard
In 2002, 2 1/2 acres of 13 year old vines were grafted over to Pinot Noir Dijon clones. Now 16 years into production, the Dijon has accumulated a legendary reputation in our tasting room because of it's deceptively light presence on the palate, lush body, and well-integrated acidity. A sip builds across the palate with sweet oak, cheery, herb, and smoke and has a long, velvety finish. Excellent with your favorite steak.
