2014 Quail Crossing Pinot Grigio

The 2014 Quail Crossing Pinot Grigio displays a more fruit forward nose of stone fruit (nectarine, peaches, apricot) and an exotic streak of mango and papaya, along with minerals, lanolin, and a white flower component. In the mouth, the exotic mango and papaya flavors are apparent, along with spice and minerals that flow through to a harmonious finish of pear, peaches and spice.

2016 Santa Barbara County Chardonnay

The 2016 Santa Barbara County Chardonnay displays aromatics of pear, dried pineapple, bread dough, and lemon peel. In the mouth, the wine has a beautifully smooth texture and flavors of green apple, apricot, and citrus, finishing with mineral and baking spices.

2017 Estate Chardonnay

The 2017 Estate Chardonnay displays aromas of ripe pear, lemon, baking spices, wood toast and crème brulee. Flavors of apple and dried pineapple carry through the palate, with a nice balance of lemon/citrus, vanilla and mineral on the mid palate and finish. The wine has rich texture with enough acidity to keep it refreshing and lively.

Paisley Pinot Noir

Paisley Pinot Noir shows aromas of red berry fruit, cinnamon, potpourri and sous bois. On the palate, the wine has flavors of strawberry, clove and orange blossom, finishing with full and complete notes of berries, earth and spice.

2017 Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir

Aromas of cranberry, black raspberry, dried flowers and spice. On the palate, the wine shows more red berry fruit flavors with cinnamon, clove and loam notes. The wine finishes with earth and mineral, as well as a tart berry/citrus burst.

2017 Syrah

The wine shows beautiful aromas of boysenberry and red plum fruit, licorice and cinnamon. The palate is soft and pleasing with berry, plum, and white pepper flavors. The wine finishes clean, with low tannin, and a lingering berry and spice finish. 92 cases produced.

2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

The Cabernet shows vibrant red and black berry/currant aromas blended with lavender, cocoa, earth, and spice to create an intense and interesting bouquet. The mouth is youthful and silky upfront with blackberry/cherry fruit opening to chocolate nuances and spice. As it moves through the palate, well-integrated tannin appears and the wine finishes with tangy berry and earth notes.

2015 Reserva Dorada Chardonnay

This wine shows perfumed aromas of lemon, pear, apple, sea mist, caramel, and wood toast. The mouth is full with balanced acidity and flavors of pear, vanilla cream, mineral, and toasty oak with an extra dimension and long, smooth finish attained from 16 months barrel aging.

2015 Reserva Oro Rojo Pinot Noir

The 2015 Reserva Oro Rojo Pinot Noir displays delicate aromas of dusty strawberry/cherry/raspberry fruit, floral notes, herbs, asian spices, orange rind, and cola. In the mouth, the wine enters subtly and builds throughout the palate to a long and complex finish with classic flavors of red berry fruit, hard spices, earth, and cola notes.

2015 Dijon Selection Pinot Noir

The wine displays black cherry, red plum, lavender, mocha/roasted coffee and spice aromas. The palate is lush and spread with tangy berry flavors, orange peel, spice and leather. The finish is full and balanced with well-integrated acidity.
